The FAQ is designed to allow users to search the FAQ database for answers to questions.

Users will have the option of:

• Searching by keywords, phrases, or asking a question
• Searching using natural language
• Browsing the list of questions in the database and linking directly to the answer
• Browsing the list of keywords in the database and link to questions and answers containing these keywords
• Users can also Add Content to the FAQ.
