To login, go to http://auspace.athabascau.ca:8080/dspace/password-login

When you access an area of AUSpace that requires authorization, the system will require you to log in. All users can register to become subscribers. Some restricted functions, such as content submission, require authorization from the community

If you are not an AU employee, before you log in for the first time, you will need to click on "register with AUSpace" and follow the instructions. After that, you will need to enter your username and password in the log-in form that appears.

Current AU employees can simply type in there username and password as if they are logging into myAU portal to view their expense or leave claims.�

To register, go to http://auspace.athabascau.ca:8080/dspace/register

You will be prompted to enter an email address. Once you have done this, you will be sent a token that, when clicked, will prompt you for more information and will create your account.

How is AUSpace organized?

AUSpace is organized hierarchically by communities, collections, and items.

* communities (organizational entities, such as departments, schools, programs, institutes, conferences, or individual scholars)
* Communities create collections (related groups of material with a common policy)
* Collections contain submissions (items)
* Submissions consist of files (uploaded from your PC)
